Tim Howard Enjoys Victory Lane, Kevin Morrisey Wins in Mod.
Class! 9/01/08
With some
of the biggest jumps and one of the wildest
courses ever built by SCORR, over a dozen teams
took to the track in two different divisions to
battle it out at the Cornfield 500.
Tim
Howard put down a fast and furious run in the
first round and was able to hang on for the win
in the Pro Class. Ferber held on for Second
while trying to hold on to his Points
Championship lead.
In the Modified Class,
Kevin Morrisey took home the win while Norm
Anderson finished in second position. Some of
the teams in the modified class had trouble with
the trucks staying together, as the Cornfield
500 track was a bit tough to tame.
